Learn about billing cycles, payment methods, subscription management, and refund policies in Qritor.

Manage Subscription

Sign in to the Qritor website, go to Profile > Billing to view your current subscription status, Credits balance, spending history, and manage payment methods.

Billing Cycle

  • All paid plans use a 30-day billing cycle.
  • Paid plans do not auto-renew; manual renewal is required.
  • Without renewal, you will be downgraded to the Free plan and unused subscription Credits will expire.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe with the following methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • WeChat Pay

After your first payment, you can save your card for one-click checkout on future renewals or upgrades.

Payment Flow

  • Select a plan and create an order
  • Redirect to the Stripe secure checkout page to complete payment
  • Once payment succeeds, your subscription activates immediately and Credits are added to your account
  • Orders not paid within 30 minutes will automatically expire

Upgrading Plans

Upgrades take effect immediately. Unused Credits from your previous plan are automatically carried over to the new plan, retaining their original expiration date.

Referral Rewards

Invite friends to sign up for Qritor using your referral code, and both of you earn Credits:

  • Referrer: 50 Credits (valid for 30 days)
  • Invitee: 30 Credits (valid for 30 days)

Get your referral code from the referral page in your profile. Additional rewards are available for reaching invitation milestones.

FAQ

What if my payment fails?

Check your card balance and expiration date, or try a different payment method. For WeChat Pay, ensure your network connection is stable. If the issue persists, please reach out via the Contact Us page.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment, with no Credits used. Please submit your request via the Contact Us page.

What happens to my old Credits when I upgrade?

When you upgrade, remaining Credits from your old plan are automatically carried over to your new plan, retaining their original expiration date.

What happens when my plan expires?

You will be downgraded to the Free plan, and unused subscription Credits will expire. Non-AI features such as the editor and module management remain unaffected.
